Frequently Asked Questions
We try to make our website as user friendly as possible. Simply click on the Shop link at the top of the screen to access a catalogue of the products available through the online store. Once there, you can filter or search for products using the options on the left of the screen.
Click on a product to get more information and select the Add to Cart button underneath the chosen item to add it to your shopping cart. You can also use the plus or minus buttons to increase or decrease the quantity of that product.
You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon (top right).
If there's a product you can't see in the store, please contact us, using the contact form and we'll happily discuss trying to source it for you.
We deliver to all areas of the UK. Please send us a message at support@baanbee.co.uk if you're outside the UK.
You can choose first or second class delivery from Royal Mail for orders up to 2kg in weight.
For orders over 2kg, our preferred service is Parcelforce Express48. However, we may use another courier service to ensure that your order is shipped to you as soon as possible.
For orders under 2kg, the cost of delivery is based on the weight of the products that you order and are provided by Royal Mail at the time of check out.
For orders over 2kg, our preferred service is Parcelforce Express48 which is charged at a flat rate of £8.00 per order.
If the value of your order is over £75, your order will be eligible for free delivery.
You can pay for your order using your Visa or Mastercard credit card or through PayPal.
